Kaaiyzo  and/or its affiliates (Kaaiyzo, the "Company," "we," "us," and "our,") it refers to Kaaiyzo, that is responsible for your information under this Return & Refund Policy.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY


You must EXCHANGE your item(s)  no later than 10 days from the purchase date. We offer ONLY EXCHANGE  for all online purchases. Sale items purchased  are not eligible for exchange or store credit only. This policy applies for all payment methods. Items Returned for exchanges must adhere to the following:

  • In original packaging
  • No signs of wash/wear
  • Tags must not be damaged or removed
  • No stains/hairs/odours


We reserve the right to return your item back to you if it does not adhere to the above. You will be responsible for covering the costs of the item being returned.

  1. Eligibility for Exchange:

    Products must be exchanged within 10 days from the date of delivery.
    Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed with all original tags attached.
    The product must be in its original packaging and include any accessories, manuals, or other items that came with it.

    Products marked as final sale, clearance, or promotional items are not eligible for exchange.

  2. Non-Exchangeable Items: Intimate wear, and custom-made/made to order products are non-exchangeable for hygiene reasons.

    Products with visible signs of wear or damage will not be accepted for exchange.

  3. Exchange Process: Customers must email us with their order number, the reason for exchange, and photographs of the product to initiate the process.


    If approved, the customer will receive a confirmation email with further instructions on how to return the item.

  4. Shipping Charges: Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the item.

    Shipping costs from the original purchase are non-refundable.

  5. Exchanges for the Same Product Only: Only allowed for a different size or color of the same product.
    If the desired size or colour is unavailable, a store credit may be issued, valid for 90 days.

  6. Inspection & Processing: Once we receive the returned item, it will undergo an inspection.
    If the item meets our exchange criteria, the exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.

  7. Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not comply with our policy.
